One of these days I'd love to see someone swing a ball from a foot outside leg into Smith's legstump as he walks across. Would require some Wasim-like reverse and I'm not sure who in the world would be capable of that, but would be a great sight nonetheless.

Remember when the commentators would pause when the bowler was near the crease and wait until the shot was played before they continued their boring monologue? Those were the days.

I could see Anderson doing that with the new ball. It'd have to basically be an accident but I think he moves it enough to make it theoretically possible.

Probably unlikely Anderson will play another home series against Smith though.

EDIT: James Anderson that is; not Lynn.

Craig's bowled some good balls in this innings mixed in with the dross.
True.

However 20 8 out of ten deliveries in a row will probably create a wicket while inconsistent bowling doesn't acheive much.

When we first heard the rapps on Mark Craig "He gives it a rip but has average control" it sounded very exciting after watching years of Dan's ineffectual turn. His bowling on this tour has not been of an acceptable standard.

tl;dr version - get him off and let him redeem himself tomorrow morning.

Really good spell this from Tim. If nothing else it's at least building up a bit of pressure.

He won't though. The only time that Craig becomes effective is when we're so far in front that it doesn't matter how many pies he bowls and Baz can just keep setting attacking fields regardless.

Just that one song. My friend tried to quote her as a 'philosopher' in a uni paper with the lyrics to that song and he pretty much got away with it. Thinking about that whole saga always cheers me up so it's a good song to have in my playlist for times like this when I just hit shuffle.
Haha, wasn't judging.

My jazz buddies give me crap for once saying that Dolly Parton was one of the best artists of last century.

Still stand by it ftr.
