Really hope the kiwis somehow get their **** together for the second test. Australia smashing teams at home isn't fun to watch if it isn't England.
Says a lot about NZ that a part timer is already more successful with the ball in India than every single spinner in little NZ's history. He'd walk into the current NZ side as a specialist spinner no problem.Ooooh look who's all puffed up just because the local curators abandoned all pretence of producing watchable cricket and managed to produce a **** heap so rancid that even Dean ****in' Elgar could take a bag. Oh India, it's as though you never left us.
yes that's what nz need, more rest instead of preparing for a test match.Of course he would. Who needs trent boultor tim southee when virat lolhi and his merry band of spuds collapse to dean elgar. Good chance for tim to rest his back
Isn't it amazing. Lose the Ashes, and about an hour into the first Test they're beating their chests again.
I would go so far as to say this is the most despisable sporting side put together since the 1987 Detroit Pistons. I really can't think of another (unless you consider the 2014 Australian cricket side to be a different entity)
Ya playing both Santner and Craig together in Perth is not a good idea.Yeah I'd sooner bat Craig at seven than only pick three seamers and him in Perth.
don't think India will necessarily pick him in playing XI nowTaylor is just one of those guys who looks average when he scores runs, absolutely terrible when he doesn't, and randomly has days when the sun shines out his arse. Definitely a cut below world XI material but any side in the world wouldn't mind having him.
god i can't wait for australia to tour again. so much smugness.
Yeah, South Africa would be interesting as well. He's a much better batsman than Duminy but Duminy's really important to the balance of their attack, which leaves him competing with Faf. I think that's a 50/50 call tbh. I suppose they might push Faf up to open and leave out van Zyl.don't think India will necessarily pick him in playing XI now
Ya that's better than pushing Taylor up to open and watch him dance.Yeah, South Africa would be interesting as well. How long's he been unfit for then? Hasn't been at the peak of his powers for quite some time.A seam/swing bowler at the absolute peak of his powers.- fit Southee
Again? Really?KiwaahsFact#1: Ishant, Aaron and Shami took twice as many wickets at Brisbane last year as the Kiwaahs managed this time.
Hey everyone was doing itAgain? Really?
This is a AUS team who despite the excellent 1st test batting performance still hasn't eradicated the recent history since 2009 trend of being prone to an all-mighty batting collapse to good seam attack in the right conditions. Those right conditions could be Perth vs a simple 4-man pace attack.Anyway I want five bowlers. Don't even care if it meams twin spin. Four bowlers is begging for southee and boult out for six months.
Wheeler injured, milne injured, boult short of a gallop, southee nearly injured, henry is injury prone...ed nuttall the mini-boult book your ticket
On an unrelated note, how gun is lyon? Nailed one of the best batsmen in the world who loves offies.
He's a better batsman than Duminy to the extent I'd take having Elgar's offies as my 5th bowler I think, small sacrifice to make given the recent evidence of him doing the business on a spinning trackYeah, South Africa would be interesting as well. In all seriousness I gotta admit, that was real p***y move by AusAlready bottled a tour of Bangladesh fearing Banglawash.
