Ah, feel for him tbh.

I find the fact that he still hasn't scored any runs going into his seventh match to be much more amusing.
Yeah but he's only been out twice. Not that amazing that a **** batsmen doesn't get a run in two completed innings.

Really good from Wood in this innings. Fast and smart.

Interesting state of the game. We're right back in it but it's fair to say you'd rather be the side with 378 in the book.

The first day was pretty similar to the first day in Abu Dhabi, but we got six wickets this morning compared to none last week. Now, if we can bat like we did last week...

In some ways this innings will be just as hard to match, with a more competitive track and Yasir in the opposition. But England's confidence will be sky high compared to last week and that can be half your batting on tour.

Superb session with the ball, really impressed with the resilience of this side. Now bat big. Wood deserved those wickets, he bowled good areas even if his pace was a little down at times.

For me this innings is probably going to be the real acid test for this side. Good chance the result of this series will rest on what we do in this dig and will tell us where this side is really at. We battled hard with the bat last test but as you say, more sporty track and Yasir in the side is going to make this a lot tougher task. Score big here and it will be a massive step in the right direction for us.

Top work from Masood that, to be fair on Pakistan quite a few of the younger players coming through are actually really good in the field. Rizwan who can't be far off a call up is absolute gun, Ali very unlucky though.

Moeen is just scared off the short ball. He's been talking about opening in SA and England playing two spinners but he's got his head in the clouds.
