He apparently makes runs in domestic cricket v trundlers. such a poor batsman, yeah.
He hasn't actually done much in the limited amount of domestic cricket he's played, tbh. He has a good First Class average but his HS is 63, and his List A record with the bat isn't really flash at all (did make a 90 once though).

I'm really not sure someone should be holding their batting spot in international cricket based on domestic performances when they've never actually made a ton in domestic cricket. It's a lot of random faith; must look good in the nets or something.

MSD's definitely past his best with regards to big-hitting. SA have used the short ball very well to him too.

Kohli's just struggling for form. Ball not coming on once it lost its shine.

Finally you nub, just stay still and force the bowler to bowl more straight, if he goes too legside you can run it down fine or get freebie wides.
