I'd rather they concentrated on this series first.

Taylor has to come in for Bairstow 2nd Test. I don't care what Bairstow does for Yorkshire, he is not a Test batsman.

I would have all 3 back. Amir and in particular Asif were a treat to watch. And Butt is still the best test opener Pak have produced in a decade

Agreed.

I personally think Taylor should be in and Bairstow plays if they drop Buttler but I can see why after the season Bairstow had that they are giving him a chance.

A bit like Lyth, he got the runs on the board and demanded selection, If he isn't up to it we move on.

They might want to play Gohar or Asif instead of Babar but let's see.

It would be absurd to call up Ajmal, was ****e for Worc this season, no way is he going to worry Cook and co. Asif seems to be the one that Misbah wanted, but he has his test soon enough, they seem to rule out Gohar as well and he outperformed the other young spinners last week in the warm ups.

If we don't get a nice lollapse today from Pakistan, this will have to go down as one of the most snore inducing tests ever. Pathetic.
