It'll just end with Cena beating the nexus Balor Club all on his own at Summerslam Survivor Series after kicking out of a ddt double footstomp on the concrete.
Cena is away for Survivor Series. So it'd probably be Wrestlemania before they did that. I'd be fine with that as a result.

Normally I would be as well, but I am really really sick of Cena beating the new guy. Rusev has never been the same since losing to Cena (repeatedly), Wyatt hasn't either (though recently has shown signs of getting it back together), and going further back, losing to Cena basically ruined Wade Barret forever.

I really like Cena, but it's got to the point where I am fed up with what they are doing with him. They repeatedly build up new guys to look good, only for them to run into brick wall Cena and be completely derailed. He simply doesn't need to be winning these matches anymore, the guy is perma-over. He gained nothing from beating those guys (don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming Cena for this), but they suffered massively from doing the job.

Wrestlemania main event: Finn vs. Cena for the WWEWHC. The rest of the Balor club and Cenas pals have taken each other out. The ring is surrounded in bodies. Finn sets up for a second coup de grace to finally bring Big Match John down, but he takes a moment too long. Cena is on him, AA off the top rope. 1, 2 , ... Creepy Wyatt noise.

Bray is standing over an unconscious Balor and Cena wearing that creepy leather apron, hands the ref a bloody MITB case and pins Balor. The ref considers arguing that Shaemus is actually the owner but remembers he prefers to be alive.
1,2,3.
The lights dim.
The fireflies are out.
The Wyatts take control.

Shaemus dismembered head looks on from the top of the ramp. Are you not entertained?

Haha oh **** keep forgetting Sheamus has the MITB. Maybe they can just kind of pretend that never happened.

Sheamus cashing in on Demon Kane for the WHC in the next couple of weeks could be the worst thing ever.
Haha I think if it came to that my attitude would probably be "oh well, in for a penny, in for a pound". If Kane ends up with the strap things will have plummeted to unimaginable depths anyway. I'm not convinced adding Sheamus to the mix would, or even could, make things much worse.

I'm beginning to dread him cashing it in at WM or something dire.

Oh god, Champion Kane vs MITB Seamus would make me turn off WWE for another 2 or 3 years at least.

Also, wtf happened to Paige? Her promo a few weeks ago was one of the few things which was promising for the near future of the women's division.

It looks like they're holding off on Sasha till after HIAC. It looks like Paige wants to work with Nattie.

...and the Bellas are feuding with... everyone? It's hard to tell exactly. At least WWE seem to know that Sasha is going to be big, expecting a big push for her come SS.

The low viewership numbers for Raw and Smackdown are not the only problem for WWE. The attendance at shows is dropping. Fans at the Smackdown taping on Tuesday noted that the entire upper arena was tarped off and half of the upper deck was tarped off at the 10/6 tapings in Philadelphia. They drew just 3,000 fans for the show this week.

The Wrestling Observer notes that the 10/26 Raw in San Diego has sold 6,000 tickets. The arena is set up for 8,500 fans. That is the post-Hell in a Cell edition of Raw. They did draw 10,000 fans in Chicago for Raw this week but they were a few thousand fans short of a sell out even though they announced that they sold out the arena. Chicago is a hot wrestling town but they didn’t seem as hot as in the past. Keep in mind that they usually sell out Raw when they are in Chicago. It’s hard to use the Chicago Cubs as an excuse because they usually sell out months in advance.

Seriously not good. Are we watching an empire crumbing?
