Whatever it takes!!!
Kaushal is doubtful apparently...

Also, from AZH's XI,I would still bat Chandigun at 4 because, given that he likes to play his shots, it will make more sense to give him the cushion of the captain, and two more specialist bats to come after that. Also, it might help Mathews take more of a bowling role which I feel he should, in this side especially. Might swap Thirimane and Tharanga too.

Tharanga has to come in early. He is a dicy option. There is a high chance that he will make close to nothing, so he should be followed by possible best batsmen of the side. So #3 looks the place for him with Mathews and Chandimal coming at 4 and 5.If he manages to score, it will be a de-moralizing attack on Ashwin and Mishra, and the rest of the better batsmen can capitalize on that.

Apprently the pitch has quite a few patches of grass. Not the ideal situation for an unestablished youngster and a makeshift opener to be batting first up.

I was going to make a post about how India would drop below England on the Test cricket rankings that matter (ie. the ones I made) if they lost this game, but as it turns out England losing the fifth Test means India would stay third even if they lost this game. Damn you England for depriving me of my fishing.

Pujara gets to face the tough conditions yet again. Also can we just play Rahul every other test match? Seems like a pattern developing with him.
