Sky has placed an increased bid for tonight's NZ v SA ODI rights and awaits Cricket SA response in next few hours. Still TBC on TV guide.
It'll be interesting as to whether that translates into lost subscribers. As it stands, I doubt it does. Having said that, I'm not a subscriber and I don't know what they could do to ensure I was. With SKY GO (thanks Mum) and the NRL app, I really don't need it.Yeah I don't want to give the impression I'm as outraged as others are. The amount of genuine bile and antipathy developing in New Zealand towards Sky is an interesting issue for our cricket though, considering the length of term NZC's committed to them.
I'd doubt even that to be honest, there's hardly anyone ever done it in history for a decent length of time.Sorry, my post was not clear. I didn't mean 80 plus over his whole career, I mean in the matches near the end of his career.
I will watch. Means more Upper Hutt talent might get on TV.The domestic T20 that Sky demands for the quietest period of their schedule risks being an absolute turd this year too. CW thought it was lifeless enough last season. Otago already suggesting quality imports like Tendo are unlikely to be appearing for them anymore, without the CL carrot.
All the more random club cricketers for me to get familiar with. I've seen RtD and Tait play plenty of times before; bring on the hacks! The domestic T20 that Sky demands for the quietest period of their schedule risks being an absolute turd this year too. CW thought it was lifeless enough last season. Otago already suggesting quality imports like Tendo are unlikely to be appearing for them anymore, without the CL carrot.
Geez we had some good ones,I wonder who was Wellington's best import, in the short history of the format. That's a tough one for you.
That's the player I was trying to remember. Reckon I could hit him for six.Nah look careful what you wish for, Cribbage. Ronald Karaitiana is in the 2012 pages of the vault, if you really need to see him.
Haha
There you go ****s. Please don't turn this into a request show, with Cameron Merchant, Stewart Rhodes, and so on.
Not sounding good for NZ cricket fans. Hearing TV coverage highly unlikely for first ODI tonight.
