Btw - When did Brownlie fall so far back in the ranks? Not a T20 specialist, but was pretty solid in his last ODI outing for NZ vs Pakistan in the UAE.

When the focus shifted towards who they think will be good in 2019. It's true he's outperformed Latham for NZA and New Zealand in the last 15 months (both visibly and in stats), but a 35-year-old Brownlie is very likely to still have the same old Brownlie issues.

Haha yep, for a random T20 too! They really are a bunch of sooky sooky wahh wahhs when Saffers lose, so annoying.
