Yeah I don't have the figures but he must have been close to 50 after he came back.trott and strauss too.
i always thought thorpe had the game to average that high. equally comfortable v pace or spin, could play all round the wicket. when he came back with his head straight from 2003 onwards he was outstanding for a couple of years.
Angled it across Root pretty well.Great Yorker but it almost seems like its all he's got in his armoury ATM.
Nah bowled well this inningsthat was a cracker
how the **** does this jammy **** keep getting 5fers though? imagine if he was actually good...
yeah probably.aussie management gotta be looking closely at johnson, right?
yeah but what about his batting average? He had back trouble too which stopped it being as high as it may have been.
We must be watching different Starcs this innings.that was a cracker

230ish runs behind at the time with five more wickets left. Are they really back in the game?Root's dismissal annoys me more than it probably should. He'd been beaten a few times with big drives and indiscriminate shots and so he could see the ball was moving and conditions were tough - yet he didn't have the discipline to play tight for 45 minutes. Sure England should canter to victory but it was like the Aussie batting yesterday - thick. Why give them the chance of getting back into the game.
