Gotta say this Australian line-up is one of the most over-hyped sides I've ever seen.

Can't think of a worse instance off the top of my head.
All the talk coming out from them (and many of their supporters) before the series showed an arrogance never seen in English sport (often they are wrongly accused of it). It was the same after Lords. A lot of these are rather quiet now I think.

I was telling England supporters back in May who were doom mongers predicting a 5-0 loss that Australia was being overrated.

This is a crap post.

We've had a brilliant day of cricket let's not ruin it with smugness overload

Sorry but was I wrong?

Did you listen to the stuff coming from the Aussies a few weeks ago?
Yes, obviously. An 'arrogance never seen in English sport' is clearly complete twaddle, especially given you've included the fans and writers. You're aware of football? Not to mention that grouping literally everyone from both nations together in their comments is a pretty lousy way to post to begin with. I'm assuming you're not trolling but every Australian fan who reads that kind of comment is going to get justifiably wound up about it, because you're implicitly having a go at them personally for no reason.

And no, obviously. Of course you back your own team to play well and win. White noise from the players and optimism from the fans, heaven forfend

And if you start a post with 'sorry but', you're about to say something ****, just so as you know. Always stop yourself there.

I have no interest in soccer but more in proper cricket and rugby fans,
