Don't know. Was probably too blunt in some of my replies. Or he got pissed I unfollowed him. Just randomly noticed it one day.

Incredible turnaround at the Swalec - during the short rain break, with Glamorgan needing 95 off 46 balls to beat Kent, they showed disconsolate home supporters heading home - they might be wishing they'd stayed now that they need two off the last over!

I turned it off when the 18 year old kid got out, as I thought that would be that.:laugh:

Tbf Finch wasn't bad last year, not Kane but not bad.
It's not so much that the signing played out as a disaster, but that they hyped up a supposedly super-awesome overseas singing announcement for three days and it turned out to be Aaron ****ing Finch. No amount of runs during the season could've justified it because he still would have been Aaron Finch, all things said and done.

Is there a deliberate attempt to get Yorks to spend as much as possible on the worst Australian cricketers possible, or are they all just unable to handle a 10 degree summer

Finch actually played better for Yorkshire than he does for Victoria, so it was certainly more of the former than the latter involved in that signing, and Phil Jaques went pretty well. The only real flop has been Maxwell unless I'm forgetting someone.

I'm hoping for a C Overton, S Curran, T Curran, J Overton bottom order for England at some point. For one, they are all capable with the bat and all good hitters of a cricket ball. Secondly, it would be carnage in the commentary box if Henry Blofeld was still around to commentate.

So apparently Darren Stevens is coming back to Leicestershire next season...
That's a bit random. Still performing very well and his knock the other day was excellent but given he'll be 40 next year it's not exactly a long term transfer. Spose if he still has family based at Leicester or he's getting paid more it makes sense.
