It seemed to me that he was too relaxed/was playing tired shots.
nah he definitely tried some weird upper cut shots and all, and then followed with a complacent cut shot which he nicked to Buttler. Very frenetic, and very weird for Rogers to play like that. That said he's definitely been poor in coverting his fifties to 100s in the last few months.

Looking outside my office window - as long as it's sunny Aussie batsmen shouldn't have huge problems on this pitch - there will be one or two wickets here and there as usual, but that's all fine.

Complacence and relaxedness go together more than complacence and panic do.
