*Official* New Zealand in England 2015

This NZ team is far and away the most likeable team in world cricket. Talented, skilful, and playing highly aggressive cricket but without (so far as I can see) a trace of obnoxiousness and with an obvious enjoyment of the game. All other nations should take note, England, Oz and India in particular. This is the way the game should be played. (Black) hats off. That is all.

Too many really, really dumb dismissals for my liking

Don't get the sudden 'Indian team is full of ****s' opinion which many people seem to have these days. Kohli's the only real dick in the team and Vijay, Pujara, Rahane, Saha, Yadav, are all extremely likeable blokes. The odi team of a few years ago which had Munaf , Harbhajan, Sreesanth (urghhhhh) etc was far far worse in the likeability stakes.

I'm all for live by the sword. I think they may be kicking themselves with some of the dismissals.

Ronchi/Mccullum especially.

I think 400 was on with a bit less stupidity.

Good fightback from NZ from 2-2, but could work out near perfect for England with sun forecast tomorrow. If they can get through the new-ball, there's no reason they can't go big, especially with NZ's depleted attack.

To clarify, I'm not saying the Indian team is full of ****s by any means, and no more than the Poms or the Crims. I just think the attitude and approach of the Kiwis is a class apart.

Yeah true. Decent recovery after that start but the side is better than that. You don't throw away hard won situations that way.

Have a feeling ECB won't ever give us the three-test series upgrade 'cause NZ are too radical for them.
You need to not tour in the same summer as Australia. Ashes series are always (rightly) going to be 5 Test series so whoever tours in the same summer will get 2 Tests.

Yeah this is probably my favourite Indian team.

Latham was weird to watch after the whole day but ffs Ronchi. It's a bit tiring to see the Kiwi team stuff up like this.

They weren't hard won. They were won by aggression. Aggression is easy. It's high risk, high reward.

Kohli isn't likeable, he's loveable.

On a serious note, Shami, Bhuvi, Umesh and Ashwin are very likeable too. And I don't like Dhawan.

Dhawan is a gentle, simple guy. Not that I am too fond of this Indian team much either. Some of them do look like ****s.

There is nothing I love more than discussing the likeability of Indian players in a NZ v Eng thread. Who's with me guys?

Well that's a better score to wake up to

Hopefully the pitch doesn't flatten out jusg in time for England to bat.
There aren't that many demons in the pitch. You get full value for your shots and quite a few of the wickets after the initial burst were just dreadful shots.

We'll see after England have batted however.
