This is one moment when I'm not going to have a go at the umps for not playing when the sun is shining. That cloud looks biblical.

Sky really chuffing love this Jimmy Anderson video they had made. Playing it for the 4th test in a row with no mention of Cook approaching the equivalent record

Forgot about tennis, good call & while you're at it, surely Lawn bowls isn't played in heavy rain
Being a cricketer in Holland (only 5000 cricketers here, including foreigners and women), I often find myself in a position to explain (or defend) that cricket is not the uber-gay tea drinkers sport that stops with any hint of rain. The simple answer "think of tennis" mostly does it.

Well congrats to Jimmy, richly deserved. IIRC he got his 300th in the last NZ series during the Lord's test (I remember this because I read a piece then which noted Zaheer khan was on 295 wickets or so at the same time and it looked like he might never make it).

Was not at his best at lord's but you can't keep a good man down. Has put a major dent in NZ's quest for the equalizer.

Tbf, it's probably only me in the whole world who'd be up for a masterclass in showing good judgement outside off stump, waiting for the bowlers to bowl into your strength and concentrating really well.

Lol, I'd just remind them of their mixed Korfball game.

Meant the 'going past other bowlers' highlights vid, not the masterclass thing

Interesting with this masterclas (first time I've seen it).

For all the talk of Troy Cooley ruining Anderson's action, this stuff about not thinking about the wrist, and thinking of pushing off different fingers, is straight from Cooley.

Oh. Tbf, they showed a video of some of Cook's test centuries this morning, but it was one they made for when he broke the record in Kolkata, they just added his last two onto the end.

First of all: I'm Dutch, so, there is no remembering them. Apart from that, Korfbal is, according to most here, considered ridiculous, in many different ways.

Please don't metion it again!

Just noticed Taylor scored a couple of runs to ruin Latham's dreams of scoring the most runs on the board solo. Probably. FFS, Ross, and you wonder why you lost the captaincy.
