He'd just hit a short ball for 4. So he charged thinking the bowler would compensate and it didn't work out. It's totally different to the first innings where he's batting normally just picked the wrong shot to the wrong ball, which he will do a fair bit because he's too much ability for his brain to handle, but he'll get better particularly when he's got some responsibility to focus him.

You make out he is brilliant, he isn't and has to sort his stupid brainless cricket out or he will become a liability. About time he bowled a decent spell as he hasn't done that for ages.

Yeah, I didnt go to rugby practice this morning and given up my Sunday afternoon drinking session to watch. Just hope WI dont walk this and it is a tight game.

i really want to sit up and watch this buuuut i think with my sleeping pattern lately that wouldn't be wise. might wake up about 5ish to see what's happening

Oh it's even dumber. I remember in India's tour of SA a couple of years back, SA needed like 20 runs to win the match with 10 wickets in hand and they still friggin took tea. It was hilarious.

He's bowled decent spells most of the time this series, the ball's just regularly beaten or edge or gone through slips and gully. He could bowl the same next series and take 10 wickets instead of 2. That's just the way it goes.
