I can't remember a worse from Australia. I didn't watch 87 but since 99 the first name I thought of was Jimmy Maher but he was better then Xavier IMO just didn't get the opportunities.

Nathan Hauritz would have got one in 2003. Hauritz > Doherty but that was a good 5 years before Hauritz did anything good

Commiserations to NZ. Had a great tournament. We know how it feels to be dominated by Australia in a WC final (
), but I think NZ have the ability to play just as well in the 2019 edition. Great core group of young players who will soon enter (or already are) in their prime.

Nah they were in a decent position without baz. Anderson needed to make good score but he failed which takes him out of my team of the tournament.

Yeah when Taylor went out NZ needed Anderson , Ronchi to get scores. Both departed for ducks and that was the end for NZ.
