Not Terrible
Where is Kippax? I used to enjoy trying to decipher his posts.
Wherever there are worrying signs of agribusiness, he'll be there. Wherever there are poor domestic techniques, he'll be there. Whenever a mythical creature is spotted on a state highway, he'll be there. He is the hero we deserve but not the one we need right now. He is our silent guardian, our watchful protector. Our domestic knight.

My wife has just hired a company called "Happy Roots" to look after our garden. I've just explained to her how that name wouldn't work in NZ. Not for a gardening company, anyway.

Anyhoo, I'm looking forward to rooting for my team today. Happy rooting everyone!

Getting ready to head to the game. Can't wait. Should be one of the most amazing sporting experiences of my life.

Best of luck to all Aussie and NZ fans. Hope its a cracker.

Cricket, Lovely Cricket
Brendon McCullum has been amazing, whatever happens today. The passion he has shown has been incredible. As a sportsperson, you are expected to give your absolute best. McCullum has taken it a few notches higher. Such fierce and amazing passion.

Yeah I thought the BCs held their nerve well in some close games this summer but that semifinal was a real baptism of fire. If Aussie win today they're just a more talented team, full stop.
