Our batting line up in this world cup wasn't very strong. Would have liked a Vijay or a Pujara in there. You were not serious about the Pujara comment, were you?
ftfyLove how every post in this thread ends with "in these conditions".
Get a grip lads in these conditions.
I'll find a way. Worst case scenario it's watching on a stream on my computer, but since the Indian expats association aren't doing anything, maybe some Australian expat association is? I dunno, I do recall some place advertising showing the AFL grand final one year.At least you've convinced many of us (me included) that you're a true cricket fan.
Now just find some way to see the final!
Haha knew this would become a talking point tbhLove how every post in this thread ends with "in these conditions".

Pujara's batting style at the moment doesn't have a place in the current ODI setup. You can trust me, I am a Pujara nut hugger. Our batting line up in this world cup wasn't very strong. Would have liked a Vijay or a Pujara in there.
the three posts prior to this really lessened the impactaaahhahaha just joking i dont have any tickets, ya freak bitch

Yeah I think India did well to maximize whatever they had and gave this WC a really good shot. If only we can somehow get a genuine seam bowling all rounder. Dhoni's been looking for just one decent one. Anyways we competed till about Raina got out, after that it was always gonna be tough.Well played Australia. Deserve the win 100%.
Script played out almost exactly as I expected.
Been a ****ing good run by India considering their pre-tournament form though. We have a one-dimensional game plan, which is really a function of the limited nature of our lower batting order, and consequently third place is a fair result. It's consistent enough to win us 7 in a row, but lacks a contingency plan in case things go **** up early in the innings like it did today.
Rohit was doing the same role ...we didn't had one batsmen in red hot form coming into the WC it was a team effort no one was able to step up today ..other wise happy with the way they played ..toss was also crucial for us todayOur batting line up in this world cup wasn't very strong. Would have liked a Vijay or a Pujara in there.

yeah he really should have, thought tbf Raina's been batting well and he would have expected Raina to get a partnership going.Probably a case for promoting Dhoni particularly given his lack of faith in his lower order?
C word.So Jono's streak comes to an end.
