Just realized the great Geoffrey Boycott was part of the radio broadcast. Times you gotta love Radio sport's 'on demand' feature, that allows one to listen back.

Biggest thrashing in this tournament so far and probably would be among the biggest ones in WC history when excluding Associates!

I actually got up to watch this. Thinking what a 'big' match it will be. Quite embarrassing.

Fair play to the Kiwis but that just isn't good enough from England.

Wow. What an utter caning. It was like watching the All Blacks play a team on about Scotland or Italy's level.

Southee perhaps the best day of ODI bowling I've ever seen. He's putting the ball on a pinhead at a variety of angles and paces and getting late and intense swing.

McCullum's innings starting to become expected. I reckon he'll hit a ODI 200 before he retires (and it will probably come off 80 balls before he holes out in the 25th over).

Steve Finn potentially suffering career-defining psychological damage today.

The match against Aussie is going to be ****ing awesome. Will define our tournament, even if the knockouts don't go well.

Watching the wickets now, and wow, Southee bowled like 2 bad balls in the whole innings, and every wicket was a peach. Amazing spell.

And I thought Stuart Broad was supposed to be the guy who sucked up mental pressure and brought his best out for the big games? Today was one of the most softcocked performances I've ever seen.

You have pretty much outlined the difference between Australia and NZ in one line.
