Yeah, Emirates is probably one of the better ones I've been to in recent years tbh.Emirates has always been OK for me. #Infavourofmodernfootball
People think that sides getting battered by Madrid, Barca and Bayern mean their league is no good, despite the Premier League not having a team on their level for at least half a decade.BBC Sport - Danny Ings: Sean Dyche wants Burnley striker to stay in England
I particularly like it when people make arbitrary statements like "The middle of La Liga is no use." backed up by precisely nothing whatsoever.
It's just a ridiculous statement. Even if Dyche's statement is true, which imo it absolutely isn't, it totally ignores all of the other non-footballing/unseen factors that would contribute to a player's development. It is just shockingly narrow-minded.People think that sides getting battered by Madrid, Barca and Bayern mean their league is no good, despite the Premier League not having a team on their level for at least half a decade.
Yeah can't wait.Barcelona are on their longest winning run since Pep's first season and Messi has directly contributed to 20 goals in his last 9 games. Champions League soon...
Look in pre season 2004 two la Liga sides came to Prenton park and neither of them scored. So la Liga must be turdPeople think that sides getting battered by Madrid, Barca and Bayern mean their league is no good, despite the Premier League not having a team on their level for at least half a decade.
Yeah and it is a shame coming from him because he is so good. It's just a ridiculous statement. Being Sunderland manager is pretty crap to be fair.Gus Poyet verging on meltdown territory. Massive "it's the media's fault for turning everyone against me" rants never usually go anywhere good.
Yeah, it's one of those jobs that really is pretty thankless.Being Sunderland manager is pretty crap to be fair.
Yeah, it's like the Villa job. Just loads of expectation with no prospect of them ever going anywhere other than down. Being involved in a relegation scrap/relegated is probably as good as it gets for fans of a team like that. They are just the same level of crap regardless of who is in charge.
