Ending had the feel of a lower grade club game when the club president turns up with the keys to the bar at 5.30.

I just think Australia gave India's batting too much credit personally, when I saw Warner's comments earlier about how they don't have as many runs I was like wtf, would have never imagined an Australian player saying something like that.
The Kohli-effect.

Cue Jono putting up the deodorant commercial pic.

Can't say I am too impressed with Smith's captaincy today. Felt that the declaration was about 10 overs too late, didn't go out for all out attack till quite late in the game and decided to shake hands with just 4 overs left.

I think Australia missed a trick today. They declared way too late, and even now - why did Smith walk over to Dhoni with 4 overs to go? If one of these batsmen had fell, I am pretty sure Yadav, Shami and Ishant could have been knocked over quite easily. Is Smith not an aggressive captain?

Hard to be too harsh. He batted India out of the game and therefore won the series. Win would've been a nice bonus but he secured the trophy.
