Nah Binny's bowling just isn't worth calling him an all rounder imoBinny wasn't given a fair run IMO.
We also have Nayar and Irfan kicking about.
Binny is not good enough with Bat or ball.Binny wasn't given a fair run IMO.

I do love my six specialist batsmen in Tests and five specialist bowlers in ODIs.I knew that post was a guaranteed Cribb like btw.
They probably could swap places with dhawan and rahul. The only good innings I've seen from dhawan is basically him in the last test playing in the middle order.
Heh.I'm thankful we didn't replace Dhawan with this ****er. Imagine India coming out to bat to start the innings and Rahul coming out with his prick swinging trying to switch hit Mitchell Johnson and getting his off stump uprooted.
Haven't seen much of him tbh, but he isn't like this opening from what i've seen before.I'm thankful we didn't replace Dhawan with this ****er. Imagine India coming out to bat to start the innings and Rahul coming out with his prick swinging trying to switch hit Mitchell Johnson and getting his off stump uprooted.
He's a good enough batsman for 6 tho. And his bowling is useful enough as a 5th bowler. He doesn't fit into a 5-bowler lineup but works if you want 4 bowlers 5 batsmen + MSD + allrounder.Nah Binny's bowling just isn't worth calling him an all rounder imo
Because the situation demand a proper innings from someone who could bat properly and long. Not someone who's going to go in, have a slog and come off occasionally. How the specialist batsman performed is neither here nor there to the point about what balance you want and what you want your six to do.How exactly? As far as I'm concerned a 30/40 odd from all rounder is more than enough (no number 6 bat since Ganguly has made the spot their own), this Indian team batting wise (if you exclude the last 2 england test) is absolutely fine. India's problem isn't their batting, it's their bowling and they need all the support bowling wise they can get.
Binny is rubbish. He's a good enough batsman for 6 tho. And his bowling is useful enough as a 5th bowler. He doesn't fit into a 5-bowler lineup but works if you want 4 bowlers 5 batsmen + MSD + allrounder.
Binny isn't one that can bowl u 20 overs in a test match though, 10 or so overs at most. Binny is a batsmen who can bowl, Jadeja or Axar Patel (or someone else if we have in domestic cricket) can actually hold up one end bowling wise. He's a good enough batsman for 6 tho. And his bowling is useful enough as a 5th bowler. He doesn't fit into a 5-bowler lineup but works if you want 4 bowlers 5 batsmen + MSD + allrounder.
Nah, disagree. He's a perfectly reasonable cricketer.Binny is rubbish.
