I was thinking earlier today that he's one of these players who seems to play better for England than he does for their club actually. It might just be because a lot of England's games are against opposition that can be described as absolute doggerel, but still. He's certainly picked up a tag as one of Arsenal's "big" players, but the team tends to play a lot better when he is not in it. I'm not even sure what he's meant to be these days to be honest (i.e. whether he is meant to be a more advanced or deep-lying player). Hasn't kicked on much since his first real season in 2010-11 (where he really did look good) for mine, and has well and truly become another "sick note" type player.I really cannot see why Wilshere is rated. I never watch England games; maybe he is outstanding for them.
Yeah, his Ankle is particularly dodgy which causes recurring problems and at the moment his injury issues will prevent him from achieving his potential.I was thinking earlier today that he's one of these players who seems to play better for England than he does for their club actually.
