**Official** Pakistan v New Zealand in the UAE 2014

They really should get a lot. There are enough players in the top 7 who know how to score big. But they'll need to be in better form than their bowling and fielding suggested....

Craig got a few to turn quite appreciably in his last spell with a knackered ball, I think the spinners will be a handful. Any top order batsman getting out to either of Pakistan's seamers should be tarred and feathered however....
I agree, they should. But the same could have been said -- and indeed was said -- of us.

In all seriousness, I hope Shehzad is alright. Head injuries are never something you want to see; must have hit him really badly given that he was wearing a helmet and it was Anderson.

Shehzad's dismissal looks like something straight out of Stick Cricket.

And that's a pretty ****ty helmet if it still led to a fracture. Daymn.

This track looks flatter than either of the ones Australia played on, and I'm not just saying that because Pakistan just got 550-3. And we have more recent history of batting pretty well to save a game...

Hope Latham gets out early tomorrow because the commentators mispronouncing his name all day is going to annoy the **** out of me otherwise.

A pity this from New Zealand, the aim of the series should have been to at least not lose as badly as Australia.

At least they're ahead on the broken skulls department.
