It's on Rodgers. Every time we have played 2 forwards we have looked decent, and on 1 we look toothless. The whole game was crying out for a change and it happened too late and not enough change. From early on it was obvious we weren't getting 3 points from the game and when they scored due to another defensive ****-up it was obvious we weren't even getting 1 point.

Neither of those challenges were even close to being reds. Liverpool were terrible but it's a bit unlucky to run into Newcastle in one of their rare spells of giving a ****. Really good performance from them, completely out-fought Liverpool.

I reckon the Allen one was a definite red. The Balotelli one maybe not, even though it was a clearly violent kick and not an attempt at a tackle. Rooney got sent off for less.

Yeah, surprised uppercut said it was never a red, the Allen tackle should have seen him walk IMO. Intent wasn't there which is what probably saved him but nonetheless he should have walked the plank for that

Sissoko one could have been a red, yeah, could have no complaints. Janmaat one never a red though. In any case, whatever. We weren't particularly good, very scrappy, but Liverpool were dire, didn't deserve anything from the game.
