How the **** was that playing the poster?
I'll just make it very clear for you - don't take shots at posters when replying. And in case there's slight confusion on your part, telling someone to go kill themselves is taking a shot.

Ok, but what's that got to do with playing the post not the poster?

Not Terrible
Furball was clearly telling the post to go kill itself. In this space age computer future there is always the chance that our written word will gain sentience. From there it's only a short step till it has self esteem issues and attempts to top itself.

Banned
Everyone knows the ICC did that only to hide their obvious racism. But we're way too clever to not notice. And its no coincidence that they chose to call out a part time white offie but for us poor browns its our frontline bowlers. To balance this out, the next banning should either be someone really good like Steyn or someone extremely white like Shane Watson.
I thought that the ICC was controlled by India these days because it has the lion share of the market - more than a billion people and all that.

Therefore, if you assume a racist conspiracy of some kind then you might as well drag the conflict over Kashmir into the horrible morass.

Having watched the highlights of last night's T20 between the Knights and the Lahore Lions, I have to say that it can't be long before Mohammad Hafeez gets an all expenses paid trip to Brisbane to test out his action as well.

Devcich was watching it intently. Problem for Devcich is he's probably living outside the law himself.

He definitely strikes me as someone who could pretty easily sort it out though. He doesn't bowl a doosra or even a toppy and he doesn't give it a big rip either so he's not getting any real advantage from that straightening; it's just lazy.

Getting it to drop with a nice chucky, overspinny trajectory tbh.

Since we are playing the let's throw names game, I'd like Dale Steyn tested especially when he is puttting extra effort for swing/pace on some of his deliveries.

Seemers unless they have complete unconventional actions are tougher to catch for the naked eye though so that's a inherent bias in the system.

yeah that shabbir ahmed sure got away with it
He was small fish and his action made it look so strange.

On the other hand Shoaib Akthar.......

Anyway, the point i was making was that extra Hyper-extension for the effort balls to gain movement/pace for the seamers is tougher to catch for the naked eye and Umpires. Mitchell Johnson another i'd like tested for the same. Will be interesting what results come up.

Hyper-extension is legal though. "Negative" flex doesn't count.

Dunno why i typed Hyper there. Meant Extra extension. Though the difference between Hyper extension and that can be tough to tell as well and even tougher for seamers to the naked eye and was bit of a grey area in the previous rounds of testing as the former is caused due to shape of the elbow which was deemed natural and applied to likes of RP singh, Akhtar and even Murali IIRC.

The ICC initially used to have extra allowance for bent for seamers compared to spinners till they decided to put both at 15 degrees after the Muralitharan scenario and rightly so. But also in terms of detecting and reporting actions a specific delivery like top spinner or a doosra is also easier to detect and report than the extra effort ball for the seamers.
