***Official*** India in England 2014

Cricketer Of The Year
India were miles off the pace even with Dhoni there, it was on only because he could score 130* because he is a G.O.A.T not because it actually was happening.
Surely your not being serious? 122 off 80 at one point with 5 wkts left in the middle of a powerplay, it was definitely doable, even if it was another bat and not Dhoni it would still be considered doable. Difficult yes, miles off no.

congrats to England on the win and to India on a series win..as other have said, this was a pretty disappointing series tbh..expected better..so how long is it going to be before teh press start calling for cook's head again..:@

When Dhoni was in their situation was quite similar to England's after 35-ish overs. Early wickets put England in a winning position but it was clearly the sixth that called it.

Yeah, probably not miles off but I still wouldn't call it particularly competitive. It's obviously nothing like England's losses though, but still a very poor series.

Would have been more realistic for your exaggeration for effect, if you hadn't been saying the exact same thing all through the series.
Of course getting out to Moeen Ali is pathetic. When touring England you expect Andersen and Broad to be big challenges to Indian batsmen, not a part time offspiner who averages near 40 in first class cricket. I honestly don't know why you would get so worked up about that observation. I'd understand if it was Swann who I was talking about.

His average is totally false, because he's been one of England's best spinners in the last three years in all cricket, he's not been part-time for years. I can't believe you haven't read us all say that, and believe that we wouldn't get annoyed, again and again, when you again and again say that it's pathetic (including this last post). I honestly don't know why after wicket after wicket you still call it pathetic.

I said it on two occasions in all. Calm down! It's same as how other teams feel losing wickets to Jadeja, much as a tight bowler he is.

Really just two, do you want me to look through the thread. UMM anyone who said it about Jadeja would be stupid and wouldn't have looked at the facts. Sorry the making silly statements then when someone responds to them, saying calm down, is kind of lame isn't it?

Yes exactly two (counting comment on this match as one). What do you want to bet on it?
