How do you manage to be so positively cheerful on every subject?? I thought I was a "glass is half full" kind of guy but you take positivity to a new level Scaly.

Cricketing world has gone mad with Kohli getting out to Woakes whilst Finch is slaughtering Steyn & co

Stokes bowls well in Oz (on a small sample basis) he has to be in consideration for the World Cup. As I often say with him, forget his batting, he should be picked as a bowler, or not at all.

I agree, Given he could be a useful lower order biffer who may come off on the odd occasion that is a bonus but really we should pick him on his bowling. Same for Woakes and Jordan as their batting won't be great all the time and is an added extra.

I think, after the run of low scores he looks incredibly nervous with the bat, if we just stuck him well down the order this may free him. Wonder where he'll bat today, I'd definitely have Woakes ahead of him, possibly Jordan too.

Finn too? If he comes back to somewhere near his best.

You stuck him down the order in the Tests, that worked well.

Should give him more responsibility, not less IMO.

26/2 after 10 overs since then the run rates been over 6, Stokes and Jordan are too inconsistent with bat and ball.

Finn's omission is ridiculous really. Pretty much an automatic selection in the World Cup.

"Some England news, Gary Ballance, not selected today, has been released to play for Yorkshire against Durham in the Royal London Cup Quarter-final on Thursday"

Meanwhile Stokes plays in this match, misses the quarter final and Finn sits in a dressing room.

It's completely bonkers.
