Can't agree there. Hayden was very good, but nowhere near as dominant away from home.Sehwag in form was unstoppable, but i would back Hayden to score more consistently against any bowlers in any conditions.
Same goes for Sehwag, a few series aside. Can't agree there. Hayden was very good, but nowhere near as dominant away from home.

it is like he sends out brain waves from Australia all the way to Dehli that stop Sehwag from passing his drivers license renewal test.
Yeah he didn't do too much outside the sub-continent and Australia. Funnily enough, both players seemed to do very well in each other's countries with minimal success elsewhere.Same goes for Sehwag, a few series aside.
Honestly burst out laughing at that second line. Hurricane WAFG.This post is awesome. Particularly like "Hayden's mental powers overwhelms Sehwag's ability to think."

Maybe too young to remember this. Covered in detail anywhere?I always liked Hayden in the early days, meaning I hated Tubby keeping him out of the Australia side for personal reasons instead of cricketing ones. Sehwag seemed overrated until he had those few years around '09 when he dominated absolutely everyone. I don't think there's much between these two. I went with Hayden as his consistency was less inconsistent though.
Hayden could strike harder doesn't mean he used to srike hard, he just used mental toughness to reach long inings.Going full Richard with the broken-up quote here.
Sehwag hits the ball ****ing hard. Hayden was huge, but Sehwag struck harder.
