***Official*** India in England 2014

Feeling bad for Pankaj after watching the highlights. Bowled well first day and a guy who's waited years for a call up needs a bit of luck initially. He didn't get that. If that Bell lbw and that dropped catch had gone his way, his confidence would've soared.
Even if Ishant is able to play in the next Test Pankaj might get another go - Shami hasn't done much after all.

That's good cricket by England.

Now, let's see what Kohli makes of the day. He has tonned up in Perth and J'burg (I think), but still has a point to prove by doing well in England.

That was seriously good cricket all-round. Very well bowled, Vijay played it excellently again, and man, what a take from Jos. Hope he keeps like that all game.

That J'burg pitch was a bit of a road though wasn't it?

Great take from Jossington.

Adelaide it was, not perth. He also got one in Wellington, so a century in England will give him 1 in each country.

How on earth did Kohli manage to make a hundred with Jono trying to hump his leg all game??
The restraining order had the desired effect. Plus, the touring Indian team dedicated Harbhajan Singh to the task of keeping Jono away from Kohli. Unfortunately, Jono quite liked being slapped by Harbhajan.

It turned out to be. Ending quite tensely in a draw, while SA were a dozen run shorts chasing 450 or so. Still, India were bowled out pretty cheaply in their first innings, with Kohli making that ton.
