ummm his slow start is nothing like Guptill's, which came in a power play and had him at 4 (22).
Ah, right. Apologies - was distracted at work and not closely following during those stages. Didn't realise it got quite that bad.

But still the criticism of not giving KW the strike against Jadeja must apply to Taylor too.

Sorry, my sister isn't that easy, it's not like she's McGoldrick who's slept with every single cricketer in New Zealand before Guptill, about the only person Guptill had a chance with is a cricket tragic who's already been passed around by the stars.
Not just aimed at Blocky here (cbf quoting all the posts), but let's end this conversation.

42 dot balls - i.e 7 overs - i.e the amount of deliveries Guptill wasted.
Matt Hayden had 72 dot balls in his 181* at this ground in 2007.

I'm disappointed he got himself out when he did and the way he did, but it's more than possible to make up for a sluggish start. Guptill's done it before, and I believe he'll do it again.

yeah really don't care for the slut shaming or whatever it is you call that stuff. very poor taste.
Difference is, one is a public personality. The other is someone who has no attachment to cricket except being the sister of someone who played.

One is very clearly fictional. We don't even know if you have a sister, let alone the absurd notion that Guptill slept with her.

But we all know who McGoldrick is and honestly I really don't give a crap who she's slept with - and neither should Guptill - but the fact that you're using that idea in a derogatory manner is pretty poor.

TBH, I got sick of being the only person who played the point and not the man.

I think 300 will be barely par on this pitch. We've got wickets in hand and only 19 overs left. Should 20/20 it and score another 160 - 170.

Actually I think the vast majority of us have criticised your points and not you. It's certainly always my intention to debate that way, and I'd like to think I've stuck to that here. And you've been making disparaging remarks about our intelligence throughout this tiresome and repetitive debate.

EDIT: Sorry for dragging it out more, guys! But I felt a bit insulted by this and couldn't let it go unchallenged.
