Yeah Chelsea tend to come good in Spring too.As my brother pointed out to me today, United are now hitting a wee bit of form and coming into the period of the season when they're traditionally very strong.
Chelsea worry me, they're ****ing gash yet are somehow only 2 points off the pace.
Amazing considering you have changed manager in the middle of that run too.Not won 11 of their last 12 games though have they?
Can't believe we are top given how far back we were a couple of months ago. Long long way to go of course, imporant January coming up, must keep all our players and extend a couple of loans.
I do sort of agree, but people have been saying this exact sentence since Ronaldo left. They surely have to improve in the second half-season, it's tradition. And they could hardly get much worse.United had a decent run not long ago when people seemed to think they were back in the title race, I think basically they are not that good and it will show again before the end of the season.
Furball is probably the only one who's really fair weather tbf.Only when they're winning.
Yeah has had absolutely no effect, was definetly the right move once we lost Uwe. The only thing that remains to be seen is how they react when the form dips which is bound to happen, recovery from defeats was one of Rosler's real strong points. Never been more positive going into a new year though, think it is actually going to happen for us this year.Amazing considering you have changed manager in the middle of that run too.
Nah, he lives in Scotland, no such thing as "fair" weather.Furball is probably the only one who's really fair weather tbf.
Yawn!Yawn!Liverpool hard done by by the officials this Christmas.
You had a few good run-ins but you also had that hilarious implosion, the one where you conceded a 99th minute penalty to Liverpool right after scoring a 98th minute one.Haven't Arsenal been the strongest in the second half of the season for the last 4 or 5 years or so? At least since 07/08 we've been there or thereabouts
Arteta will be fine. He's got plenty of bottle. And the rest of the team might not have title experience but given the importance of Champions League football then constantly getting over the line in tight races for 4th stands the players in good stead. Will be interesting to see how Arsenal handle the pressure as none of their players have been in a title fight in the Prem. Same goes for Liverpool and Everton (if you count them) though at least Liverpool have Gerrard who has won top trophies before. Still think City will end up walking away with it.
