Wasn't wide past the batsman; just went with the angle around the wicket and then swung past the bat; Haddin didn't have a prayer but the law for wides isn't "has the keeper got a chance", as much as we glovemen would like that to be the case...

Those last two deliveries are pretty close to gifts from Watson. Very full, not that wide. Root has to put one away.
