Who cares. Part of the advantage of batting time is that the bowlers are more likely to break down as time goes by. And they still have Kallis, Steyn, and Philander, and Tahir & Duminy were always expected to roll their arms. That's plenty deep.It is a bit pissing off that, if India win, there will be an asterisk on this match with Morkel's injury . Wish he had been there.
I bet they have got him on video conferencing on a big-ass screen in the dressing roomBut how will India's batting possibly survive without the EXPERIENCE of Tendulkar?! Impossible
So they said...
He went over on his ankle in the 14th over of the innings. Hardly breaking down because of India batting time.Who cares. The longer you're out there, the more likely something bad happens. That's all I meantHe went over on his ankle in the 14th over of the innings. Hardly breaking down because of India batting time.
Would have to go spectacularly wrong for their innings to not last an hour. The longer you're out there, the more likely something bad happens. That's all I meant
Not in SAWinning a test in SA asterisk or not is nothing special anyway. Over the past five years or so SA has dropped tests to Pakistan, West Indies, India, Australia, Sri Lanka and England. They're actually more vulnerable at home than away in many respects. They are always vulnerable when they select Tahir.
