Seems to be re-using his Chelsea MO (i.e. blaming everyone else for the team's failings)
I don't think sacking him would be an especially good move to be honest, but at the end of the day he's spent upwards of £110m and Spurs have regressed rather than gone forward, so it doesn't look good for him.
