Chris Rogers has a central contract now with CA so Victoria had an extra spot on their roster; I think that's what he means.

no i mean rogers being in the test teams means Vics are down a batsman so they probably shouldnt move dussey on + Rogers reviving his test career at his age after Victoria almost axed him...well there's a comparison with Dussey (except dussey sucks)
