That has to be the worst over Watson has bowled all series, obviously unsettled by the ghost.
Fewest sold out days of all the tests. One less than Manchester, and two less than the Nottingham and London ones. Bit poor given it's their first real major test.Is there even a crowd in?
It's a cricket ground, I wouldn't trade any of ours for your stadiums. Maybe Adelaide before the new stand went in.Does anyone else feel as though its like we are watching a tour match in preparation for a Test?
- Small stadium, untidy bowling mixed with some good bowling, cautious batsman having there first look at an International team..
lol. It's a cricket ground, I wouldn't trade any of ours for your stadiums. Maybe Adelaide before the new stand went in.
Seriously, you guys are going to be disappointed. As I said before the start of the series, Starc's going to get every opportunity he wants and he's bowled well enough this series overall. Bird's not in line for his spot.
Fair enough. Personally I feel as though the MCG is just that little bit better than this quaint cricket ground. It's a cricket ground, I wouldn't trade any of ours for your stadiums. Maybe Adelaide before the new stand went in.
It doesn't seem like working out where to bowl to Cook is rocket surgery, but we bowled really poorly to him during the last series in Oz.**** Aussies have bowled well to Cook, can't count many classic Cook cuts this series. Executed the plans well.
Compare that to the last Ashes in Australia where he played about 8million.
I'm sure it's great on boxing day. But i've seen many a day from the MCG where it looks stupid with 70,000 empty seats.Fair enough. Personally I feel as though the MCG is just that little bit better than this quaint cricket ground.
Yeah, yeah, we all know my predictions suck.
Unless the pitch is green then 99% of the time the correct decision is to bat first. It'll be interesting to see how much damage Bird/Harris do with the new ball.
Curious decision by Cook to bat first. Not a blunder, but......
Yeah, the Sydney CRICKET Ground, Melbourne CRICKET Ground and West Australian CRICKET Association Ground were built for playing Scrabble. It's a cricket ground, I wouldn't trade any of ours for your stadiums. Maybe Adelaide before the new stand went in.
holy **** have you seen the alleged bridge? I ran past it today, the things a piece of ****.Adelaide looks speccy even with the stand half-completed, going to be immense when it's done. Shops not too far away with the new bridge.
Nah you can take your SCG aka best looking cricket ground in the world, I'd prefer Durham!!!!!Yeah, the Sydney CRICKET Ground, Melbourne CRICKET Ground and Weat Australian CRICKET Association Ground were built for playing Scrabble.
I mean, in the litany of utter **** that gets posted on fora such as this, you've just got a podium finish. Kudos.
