Not sure about that one actually -only two were non age group representatives: Mark Craig and McClengahan
Anyway, we can acknowledge his balloon did indeed soar up and away from his CW detractors, powered by his own earnestness. It's a pity some of those other Flanagans won't model for Postie Plus to keep up with their higher city rents as part of a bigger dream, or go to Chris Martin and jot down his grocery list without any irony.Auckland bowler to try his luck with Central Districts: [1 Edition]
LAMPP, Peter. Manawatu Standard [Palmerston North, New Zealand] 26 Oct 2007: 0; 30.
A new name on the Central Districts scene is Aucklander Mitchell McClenaghan.
He is a left-arm pace bowler who has arrived in Hawke's Bay of his own volition to try and further his cricketing career.
A 21-year-old Auckland age-group player, McClenaghan has joined the Cornwall club in Hastings.
He played for Howick-Pakuranga where former CD coach Dipak Patel is the coaching director.
There McClenaghan had to fight his way into the premier team with former New Zealand bowlers Kyle Mills and Kerry Walmsley in the way.
