Would prefer a specialist at 6 and feel sorry for Usman but as has been said didn't take his opportunities. I'm skeptical of the side's balance but can see that we have some depth with Wade, Henriques, Starc and Pattinson to make up for being one specialist bat short. That said Starc though a clean hitter, looked a novice against classy spin when exposed by Herath recently. In fact our side outside Clarke looks shaky in that regard so the alternatives to the side picked aren't glaringly obvious.

EDIT: Post in English please. Second warning for this in a couple of months, so it'll be an infraction next time.

He got a 0-point warning infraction for it. If he chooses not to receive emails when he gets infractions then that is his fault; not ours.

Top_Cat...Clarke has said he is fit to bowl and intends to in this series. Given his previous success with the pill against India it makes sense that he would bowl a few overs. But I imagine won't be bowling more than say two spells of 3-4 overs in a day's play.

Spikey...I'd argue that Khawaja's finest moments in State cricket have come at the Gabba and Bellerive, both of which are genuine green tops in the Shield games. He made a chanceless ton on a minefield at Bellerive earlier this season against a Test-standard attack featuring Hilfenhaus, Bird, Butterworth, Faulkner and Doherty. Lehmann said it was one of the best innings on a green top he'd ever seen. I feel like Uzzy has almost as much talent as any batsman in Aus apart from Clarke but just needs to really switch on and fully harness it.

Jono is going to one of the Tests and if he calls him names from the crowd he'll have a sook and start bowling pies.
Unfortunately this is true about our Mitch. I suspect its his way of dealing with the expectations that the likes of Lillee put on him. Realising he couldn't live up to the hype he uses his sookiness as an excuse. I would have been a great but my genius was compromised by my tortured soul kind of thing.

Remember when some dude tried to argue that it's your fault for not replying to his emails when he chose not to receive emails from moderators?
