Didn't Greg Chappell get told by Bradman to change his grip at some point? Can you change over your career in the way you control your wand? That is, are there any other players you have watched change grips?

Yeah, Bradman showed him his grip, which was a lot more closed than the traditional style. As I said, that's not the type of thing that I'm talking about here - still an interesting discussion though.Didn't Greg Chappell get told by Bradman to change his grip at some point?
Yeah, fair enough. More to the point of what you're saying, IMO top hand control can be a pretty decent judge of form - I know when I play badly my bottom hand starts to dominate. It then reduces the effectiveness of the front elbow as you push through, and results in scooping to short cover-ish.Yeah, Bradman showed him his grip, which was a lot more closed than the traditional style. Having sub-continental heritage, I use wrists a bit and find that a stiff front elbow and dominant top hand actually limits my leg side play. Anyway, back to the real stuff, hope ABdV decides to break free and play a KP like inningsYeah, fair enough. Obvs a guy like ABdV wouldn't have such major troubles, but it is definitely an area the bowlers should target.
BBC has a very good forecast for London, occasional shower possible today or early tomorrow, but it's still breezy until tomorrow afternoon so it wouldn't hang around too long. What are the chances of rain for the duration of the test match?
Wise words from Spikey.it's not really choking if you get a couple of questionable umpiring calls and get a couple of great deliveries...it's just a typical SA loss.
Not exactly his greatest quality tbh.Rudolph just needs to fight through this patch and he'll be right. Good old Rudolph.
