It's roady, but really it's nothing these England bowlers haven't overcome before. These two are just not throwing their wickets away
Agree, the seamers as a group not bowled any where near the standards they set themselves, not been patient enough and bowled that nagging line and length which they have become so good at. Like you SA haven't thrown their wickets away and England did, especially the top 6.

Yes, even taking into account how SA bowled and the better conditions England should have made 450/500 easy on this and will be kicking themselves for all the soft arse dismissals.
Trott and KP especially guilty as their's were poor when we were trucking along.

It's not hobart, but there has been some variable bounce, there's some turn (I've witnessed dust) Anderson seamed one out a little bit a minute ago. There's a few things happening. But still very disciplined and skillful batting.

This pitch does look incredibly flat, but frankly I don't think you can judge a pitch based on how a bowling attack on its third new ball bowling at 2/550 is doing on it.

Probably not but doesn't look to have deteriorated or changed much since yesterday.

It is the fact that the ball hasn't really misbehaved much that makes you wonder, normally on day 4 it does a few things even for poor/beaten bowlers whichever team is bowling. This hasn't really.
