Wow, decent list of players to score a ton in their 100th test.

Bit light on for bowlers, mind

No doubt Saffies have out-bowled and out-batted us the last two days, just hope we can mount some kind of come back.

Today's very similar to day one, yesterday every bowler was getting seam or swing and tbf England did up to it raining.
Yeah and since then the ball has done nothing. Did it get wet enough to stop it happening? We will never know, cricket balls are strange bloody things and the science of movement is so difficult to get right.

As I said earlier, be interesting to see what the 2nd new ball does even in these conditions.

Since tea on Day 1 itbt.

Yup, I hope we're able to show up before it's too late. I'm hoping for a repeat of the 2005 test here when we made a similar score in the 1st innings, and eventually achieved parity after a massive partnership early in the Aus first knock.

Can't help thinking Sajid Mahmood would have been most effective amongst lots English bowlers in these conditions
I'd see a specialist, frankly. Those kind of thoughtts are often signifiers of a deeper pathology.

Certainly 6' 8" chap who bowls 90mph+ mighta been useful tho.
