You're still not getting it. This is crazy. The mere fact that Sky Sports, or a member of their team, has the potential to take offence to it means it is against the ECB's interest.
FFS I explained I am getting that. I entirely understand the ECB's position. I just said that I don't think that Sky has proper, professional reason to be aggrieved. That doesn't mean they won't be.

Ummm I said that to show that just because a product is marketed to the public, beverage/broadcasting, it has absolutely nothing to do with the public and their reaction.

Why do you start basically every post with 'ummm'. So annoying.

You don't think that when someone is in a business where legitimacy and respect is everything, if someone attacks those very things it isn't a good reason to be aggrieved?

You have got to be joking. Swann is a motor mouth and talks ****. He is about as bad as Afridi in this regard.
Hmm, I was more referring to stuff that could get him actioned by the ECB really. He's not amusing as he thinks, but no-one is, but he generally keeps it non-controversial.

Have rarely seen Swann actually say something outright daft tbh. Not as funny as he thinks he is is hardly a hanging offence. Broad's a bit opinionated but in the era of media-managed drones, is that such a terrible thing?

 That was comically dumb. Lifted straight out of a crap sitcom.

KP, Swann and Broad's arsiness should be encouraged. In my experience sport is far more fun when the other team are all total wankers.

I hope this current reprimand doesn't stop the likes of KP & Swann from expressing their opinions. I actually find it quite refreshing and sometimes interesting that they are a bit more honest with their opinion, instead of some of the boring lines of drivel a lot of sportsmen put out on twitter.

No neither have I, if you don't like his brand of humor fine but a lot won't but a lot do. I regularly read his twitter and he tends to stay away from anything that will get him too much trouble, mostly banter between friends, football and his family, nothing too dramatic. Much the same as KP's but KP likes to let everyone know his true feelings about certain things which have tended to get him into trouble occasionally.

Beer's in the fridge, I'm on my sofa; let's do this thing.

Windies win toss and bat. England unchanged; Shillingford & Rampaul in & Gabriel & Edwards out for the Windies.

Looks a good toss to win; sun's out and batting likely to be at its easiest on day 1.
