They don't lose a review for that tbf. Lucky imo
Yep lucky not to lose the review. I guess they could say that they wouldn't have reviewed it if Dar had called it.

And out, on the 7th ball they wouldn't have got without the non used review.

Irony.

Ah that's a terrible shot. Really, really poor, after he had been so selective on only trying to punish the half-volleys before lunch - that's a classic Broad carrot ball, gobbled up and choked.

Seemed to be just about still on the move with that drive Barath, ambitious shot straight after lunch, good wicket for us that though, nice shape from Broad.

the last two balls after the review were much better from Broad
Been much more threatening post-lunch in general, despite the no-balls. Getting far more from the deck.

That's twice now Bravo's hit the ball trying to leave...

Good move imo for Jimmy go round the wicket to Bravo in that over and to persist with that angle of attack for a while. Obviously over the wicket he may be looking to set him up with the balls across then for that Powell type inswinger to defeat him, but I think if he wants to swing it away from the leftie then from round the wicket he's a fairly constant threat if he gets it right. Bravo could leave Jimmy from over the wicket, such was the amount of swing, and LBW does not come into consideration for the outswinger from that angle.

In short, Jimmy's giving himself more chance of getting Bravo from around the wicket with more modes of dismissal possible, imho.

Swann's switched off just for a moment there, and that's what can happen. He was so late on that that it hits him flush on the chest. Annoying.
