Real and Barca miles ahead of the rest of Europe though......

Still two Germans missing PENS, why do they never do that against us:@

Real forgot to read the script and promptly cost me £75. ****s.
They could've at least had the decency to draw in normal time if they wanted to go out so then I could claim a tenner.

As with Barcelona yesterday, Real Madrid looked totally fatigued today. Lack of freshness was very obvious. In fact, like yesterday, the Spanish side came out of the blocks all guns firing, scored twice, dominated the early going, made it look like it was going to be a rout, and then just totally petered out. Can't remember a decent chance Real created after the second goal.

Well did rather better than the top two best clubs in England...

It is a cup competition and strange **** happens but I would be fairly confident in saying they are the two best sides in Europe despite these results.

Anyway don't think anyone could have seen a Chelsea v Bayern final at the start of the season. Got to think Chelsea are going to run out of luck at some point especially with Bayern being at home but stranger things have happened. As much as I don't want to see them ever win this competition it would be kind of funny if they did it with this side and with this manager.

Great game. Said when Bayern drew Real that they would take them and over the two legs they were the better side. Why Madrid played on the counter last night (until Bayern’s legs went after 90) when they are at home was sad. Alright gritting it out with an aged Inter side to a Champions League title but Mourinho’s got about 250 million quid’s worth of attacking options.

Losing Alaba and Gustavo is a big blow but not as critical to Bayern as the suspensions Chelsea have occurred. They are pretty much decimated, lost their best attacking outlet and have no defence. If Luiz and Cahill are fit, think the last time they were paired together Chelsea shipped in four against Napoli.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't see Bayern beating Madrid as a surprise tbh, and I haven't heard anyone (media) say that Barca and Madrid are "miles better" than everyone.

Reasonably sure Uppercut and Furball have.

They maybe the best, but I still don't think Madrid have proved it yet, in their own league they're dominant, but they were beaten fair and square over the two legs here, even with a joke penalty giving to them.

Not sure why Pothas is bringing up the top two English sides, I've been saying the League is ****e this year. Yet still the 6th best team beat Barca, despite playing with 10 men for a quarter of the tie. Admittedly Barca were the better side though, but as many say it's a game of taking chances, not possession stats.
