A wake up call for all young footballers who think they can treat young girls like pieces of meat. I bet Titus Bramble is ****ting himself now.

Another ex-Ipswich Town player has a dire rep locally too.

Rumours persist of the mother of a pregnant 14 year old being paid tens of thousands to secure her daughter's abortion and silence.

Just to clarify, Bramble may well be innocent but having seen a fellow footballer get 5 years he is bound to be worried about what may happen to him.

Ox starts. Good positive selection from Arsenal there. Was worried we see Diaby, Coquelin or Gervinho come in.

No Lampard, Mata, Meireles, Cole or, most importantly, Dogbreath for Chelsea. Hopeful of a good result here, but get the feeling it might be a draw.

That's some crap side from Chelsea, after they get killed by barca in the second leg, I wonder how Roman is going to feel about this, the new manager may well not get Champions League football, could affect who they can sign too.

Why does van Persie deliver all/most of Arsenals freekicks/corners - surely there's someone else who can do it thus allowing their most dangerous attacking player to be closer to goal in said situations?

Well the only other option would be Arteta and he is injured anyway.

Arteta does a lot too, but it's often the way, Henry did too.

Fair enough, can't say I've seen a lot of Arsenals games this season, but it just seems everytime I'm watching Robin's always the one delivering the ball. Can understand it when going directly for goal, but for corners and the like wouldn't it make more sense to have him closer to goal? Or would you say that the quality of delivery is more important?

Quality of the delivery is more important imo, he's not bad in the air, but I wouldn't say he was a distinct arial threat. Therefore, as he's one of the best takers of set-pieces in the squad he may as well be used to get the ball into the box. Particularly as he's the one player in the squad you'd want to have waiting on the edge of the area if it comes back out of the box after the delivery.

Steven N'Zonzi apparently has had a "difference of opinions" with Steve Kean and has been thrown out of today's squad. Oh dear Rovers.

Rarely has 0-0 been more warranted. Breathtaking lack of attacking quality on display in that match pretty much from start to finish.

Poor result that. Team didn't look up for it once again. Will have to cut it fine to get a top 4 finish now. Still should get it if they win the remaining games, but Stoke away is always a dire affair, and Arsenal's record against Brom isn't exactly stellar either, especially away from home.
