From Twitter: Twitter / Ian Pont: Johan Botha bowling for Ra ...

How is it possible not to straighten your arm from there?
Dear Lord.

Whilst accepting a 2-D image of a bent arm isn't necessarily proof, etc, etc, I'd say it's impossible if he brings his arm over at any kind of speed at all. The arm will naturally straighten as the ball's released because that's how joints work.

Botha's action has always been hilariously dire tho.

So, here comes Kevon Cooper... Never heard of him, gets 11 from 3, 4 wickets, 2 catches and a run-out.

Nice!

Real lack of overseas quality. Can’t tell me there isn’t an Indian who could do what Marlon Samuels does – fail with the bat and bowl no frills darts. The only thing the Indian wouldn’t be able to do is “bowl” that 120kph quicker one without getting into to some bother. Parnell at 3, non-hitting Australians in the middle order with a near 40 year old opening, just Mickey Mouse.
This.

For the batting he deposited a wide nearly waist high full toss for six, outside edged for four and hit the last ball down to long off for a single. Bowling wasn't all that great either, was just his lucky day I guess.

He does have an excellent T20 record though.

There are good Indian fast bowlers to have in the IPL though and not just the likes of RP Singh, Zaheer Khan, Irfan Pathan and Ishant Sharma.

Yadav, Aaron, Vinay Kumar, Amit Singh (action pending), Trivedi, Dinda, Abu Nechim, S Aravind, to name a few, are all more than competent bowlers in the format.
Yo Mahesh, Aravind, Ablish, Anand Rajan and TP Sudhindra are top seamers for T20.

I don't think Mahesh, Ablish or Rajan would have much success in IPL. I am also skeptical about Sudhindra, but it is possible he will do well.
