Yeah I have no idea how Drew got selected. Such a diabolically bad first class performer. He's slightly handy at T20 although that format is probably a little long for him, he's played in the Hong Kong Sixes before, I think that's probably his standard. He can jag a solid over at times.

If they didn't pick him in 2010 after he was player of the season and Haddin was injured he's never getting picked imo. Thankfully Nev is pretty much Hartley anyway

Yeah but remember the keeper they picked was Paine. I think the current selectors would have done the same, hell most of Australia would have. No-one was too outraged at the time. He's done. Shame as I love the guy. Best he could hope for is back up on 2013 Ashes ala Manou
