*Official* English Football Season 2011-12

GIMH

Norwood's on Fire
Trivia question of the day, which English club are unbeaten at home since October 2008 under their current manager?

Stevenage playing some lovely football for a League One side. Won me over somewhat.

Barca also not a terrible football team.

Chamberlain was injured though; it was hardly a tactical blunder. Wenger said himself in the post-match interview that they struggled in the last 20 minutes because they had too many strikers on the pitch.

Benayoun or Arteta being fit enough for the bench and a 20 minute cameo would have made a huge difference.
I figure it'd have been better playing Ozyakup than putting on Chamakh or Park. He's inexperienced but at least he'd have added something to the midfield. He was warming up and then was stripped and ready but didn't get on.

I know I've asked this before, so excuse me, but where is a good place to view football statistics (pass completion, tackling, etc)? I think duffer gave me a good answer last time.

Yeah, putting on a player who's scarcely played a competitive first team game in his life at a crucial time in one of the biggest games of the season, fantastic idea.

Only caught the second half of this, but De Gea's really coming good (just need to cure his flappy hands and brain farts with crosses)

Jones is scaring the **** out of me, will be even worse now he's moved back to defence

Don't think Jones could possibly be much worse than he was in midfield. De Gea in his element against a Spanish side, he's made some ridiculous saves tonight. We're so, so dire though.

**** me Athletic have been amazing tonight.

I expected them to give United a game but were it not for de Gea United would have been pumped rotten.
